Conversion of the old Franklin Council building into a modern day-stay surgical facility. We provided passive fire protection services covering fire stopping of structural and service penetrations, gap seals, and void closures, ensuring full compliance and fire safety across the entire rebuild.

Allpress Olive Groves Rangihoua Mill Redevelopment – Waiheke
Passive fire protection delivered across the newly constructed tasting room, retail store, future bistro, and event spaces at Allpress Olive Groves’ Rangihoua Mill site. Our work included fire-stopping of structural and service penetrations, gap seals, and void closures, ensuring full compliance throughout this high-end hospitality development on Waiheke Island.

Passive fire stopping of electrical and security conduits through fire-rated walls at a new self-storage facility in Ruakaka, supporting safe, secure storage for the growing Northland region.

Subway – Symonds Street, Auckland
Passive fire upgrades for a heritage-listed commercial tenancy at 25–29 Symonds Street. Our scope focused on collars, sealants, and compliance works as part of landlord upgrades for the building’s FRR.

JA Russell Office Refurbishment – Boston Road, Auckland
Passive fire protection during JA Russell’s Boston Road office refurbishment, including fire-stopping of plumbing and electrical service upgrades through fire-rated floors.
